Hey I've sort of been worried lately about my weight.
I am 5'7 and I weighed myself today and I weighed 133 lbs.
It seems like I should be thinner than that because everyone on t.v and like most of my friends seem thinner than me.
Its really put a downer on my self confidence because I'm only 15.

Can you guys tell me if I SHOULD loose weight and if so, then please tell me a way that i can.
