Hello... i run every second day on average in the morning around 5:45 a.m. for around 26 minutes (the approximate time it takes me to run about 4 kilometres)...i used to run with an empty stomach but now i eat some wholegrain bread or a wheat bisquit or something...should i run with an empty stomach or eat something first?..what should i eat? its just that ive heard to lose fat you should run on empty to use fat as the energy source...help would be appreciated...thanks
