I usually prefer to exercise in the morning, but when I don't eat anything before, I find that in the middle of the exercise I just feel really hungry and tired (btw I rest first after eating).
I do Tony Horton's P90X (cardio and weight lifting), so what do you think? Should I eat something and rest before exercise, or just wait 'til I finish then eat?
I'm trying to lose weight and define my muscles.
