    Should i concentrate on heavy weights or light weights with lot of reps?

    whats more beneficial? what do you do?

    Depends on the reults you are looking for. If you want to build strength and muscle mass, then you should do heavy weights with less reps. if you want to look more lean and toned then it's better to do more reps with lighter weights.
