It is brief and has occurred 3 times throughout 2 months. At the end of each of lightning like pain it feels like something ruptures and then a warm liquid is flowing through the ear canal and then out of my ear, but the liquid never actually comes out. Any idea what this symptoms can lead to?

it sounds like temporal mandible jaw or tmj for short. it is very painful and my pain usually last for about 12 hours but it is a constant pain in my ear.
