    Sexual anxiety or something else?

My gf and I decided to try and have sex. But I did stuff to her first, so she could get comfortable around me sexualy (Naked, orgasming infront of me, etc) And she said I was great, and she never had that good of an orgasm (Not that hard when shes a virgin.) Anyway, when we tryed to have sex I would get really nervous and my erection started to weaken but it was still strong. Then when I went to put it insider her It'd get even worse becasue she would be saying it hurt so much and stuff like that. Now I know that its going to hurt her and all that, but I couldnt even get the tip of my penis inside her without her being in incredible pain (She wasnt used to anything going deep, and my penis was apparently too big for such an occasion) So would my erection problem be due to her tellng me it hurts so much, it hurting me (When I would try to push in, it was so tight it hurt me.) me being a virgin as well, or something else? If so what, and how can i fix it! (I also have school anxiety)

I added the school anxiety part to tell that I do have some anxiety problems. I also have low self esteem and it was my first time accualy going to have sex. Im 16, and me and her have been going serious for 2 years. I also do not experiance any erection problems when I masturbate.
