Is it safe for a young man to take viagra?

I have heard that if the erection doesn't go down, you will need surgery which means you won't have an erection again.

You heard rubbish, why would it be worse for younger men, who have higher metabolisms ? It's safe, just make sure you are taking the right stuff and do not exceed standard dosage.

silly rumours with no basis in fact

viagra will not give you an erection until you have a stimulus
then it will give a strong erection.
after ejaculation, you will be able to get an erection almost straight away (as long as you have a stimulus)

when there is no stimulus, there is no erection

there are things to consider.... if you have a bad heart (or family history of heart attacks) it can be dangerous to take viagra

viagra can cause some severe headaches

but.... erections which wont go down?... that just ridiculous
