But do you think psychiatry is a pseudo science? Well it does seem very trial and error to me - and it persists in trialing it's techniques with each patient. I'm not even sure of how affective it is. To me, it doesn't seem to have answers but it does pay the psychiatrist well for each 50 minute or hour session for sure. People will say that if one therapist doesn't do it for you then try another but you get to the point where a succession of them don't help you resolve things. Your therapist will often say that you need many sessions.

So what do you do then? And what do you think?
