Thread: rotator cuff question againnn?

okay so i went to the doctor to see what was wrong with my shoulder cause i got into a pretty bad car accident this weekend and so i was wondering what it feels like to have a tear in ur rotator cuff... like i dont have constant pain or anything, and it only feels sore when i put it up and to the side and stuff but its not like unbareable

if you have any information about this for me let me know...
dont say to go to the doctor cause i already went to the doctor yesterday and i have an MRI today i just wanted to know what u guys thoughttt...

do you need to wear a sling or anything for it?

A rotator cuff injury is painful; I've had one. Be thankful that you did not tear the rotator cuff because that requires surgery to fix it. When you strain the rotator cuff take some anti-inflamotory drug for your muscles and do a few light shoulder exercises. It takes a while for it to heal. It took me about six months to get over it.
