    is roller blading a good full body workout?

    or is it just a good leg muscle workout? I've been rollarblading everyday after work for 30 mins, slowing adding up how far i go everytime. should i use a rowing machine to work my abs,or will rollarblading help that? i don't have much time after work so i preferably only want to do the rollarblading

    works your back and legs. If you want your stomach toned i wouldn't rely on blading for that

    Roller blading help all your body. cuz even if your not noticing it. your using your whole body to make you move. not just your legs. your also using your arms and your wast
    your just having to much fun to notice
