Risk of a male with hypothyroidism?

I am a 23/m with Hypodthyroidism. I'm just curious what the overall health issues go along with having this disease. Any FYI, I exercise regularly (cardio and muscle training) and eat a healthy diet (I am a vegetarian) The last test I received was my TSH was 17, and more recent i was 4 and they upgraded my Synthroid to 75 mcg. Any tips or pointers? ANy future complications? I also take fish oil everyday.

Oh damn, I have the same thing dude! I can't upgrade to synthroid though due to my lack of money and no health insurance. Anyway, You seem to already be doing well by the fact that you stick to vegetables but you can eat some meats and seafood. As far as the exercise, it applies to you like it would to anyone else. Everyone benefits from exercise. The only real risks you may experience is from stopping the intake of your medicine. Now that is pretty bad! Your neck grows, your metabolism goes out the window and you can die.
