Im 16, 5'4, and weigh 120 pounds. I know I dont weigh alot but i have wayy to much fat on my stomach and love handles. I dont have a goal weight but i want to lose a few inches off my waist and lose my stomach fat. My waist is 27 inches and i want it to be 22-24, if possible. I dont have access to the gym or anything. I was wondering what I should eat and do to lose weight fast. I was thinking about losing my stomach fat in a month or 2. Should I take a pilates class?
