Regarding the "bodybugg":
1) Does the online program tell you how many calories you should eat per day to maintain and/or lose weight?
2) Are you able to set your own goals each day (calorie intake goal, as well as calorie expenditure goal) or does it automatically set a 500 calorie per day deficit for you? In other words, can you set the targets so that you aim to exercise 1000 more calories than you consume, or does it tell you how much to eat and exercise?
3) What is the purpose of the digital display? Is it that if you only have the armband, you have to wait to upload it to your computer to view your calories and with the digital display, you can see it while out and about? I can't seem to figure out the difference and if it's worth the extra 0.
Thank you!
