I just had some blood test done and had a few questions:

My T3 levels are low 18.9(normal 27-42)
My TSH was normal 3.26(.27-4.2 range)
My b12 is low 427
my ferritin is low 5.0(13-150 range)

Now the questions:
Could I be hypothyroid and my TSH levels are just not showing it?
I know I'm anemic and I am currently getting iron injections, but the doctor said once my ferritin goes up my t3 will go up. I also found out that I have a slow heart beat and was referred to a cardio dr? Could the low levels of ferritin and t3 make your heart rate slow. I had a holter monitor done last week and it showed that my heart rate was averaging 37-124 with an average of 59. The diagnosis with the holder monitor was 1) Sinus Bradycardia for 60% of the time. 2) No Pac's 3) Rare PVC. Could all this be linked back to the blood work?
