hey guys, i am 5"8 138 pounds. i am very lean except for my chest. i have a six pack and cut arms and shoulders. my chest is strong but i have fat in my nipple areas that i want to get rid off. i dont know why its there but theres a good amount of fat. i ahve football px every day so i run alot throughout the week. i was wondering if i should also bench press and lift weights.i was wondering if bench press will just make my chest bigger or will it fill up the fat and make me look defined. thx guys.(btw im starting to eat healthy)
