Last summer i was a running fanatic. I would literally run everyday for 45 minutes then right after swim about 25 laps in a 35ft long pool (not olympic size, i know. its our backyard pool) I ate healthy and after about a month and a half i saw some results and lost about 8 pounds. Now my body is just okay but i want to finish off this summer looking and feeling better than ever. So instead of running for 45 minutes, if i take an intense cycling class 3 days a week, kickboxing one day and pilates another, along with ab training 4 times a week, plus swimming 30 laps almost every day, will i be able to see even better results than last summer?

I also want to try and have a long and slender figure. I'm curvy and about 5'1 so will this help reduce the size of my butt/thighs and shrink my waistline without bulking me up to look more muscular?
