Alright, so last summer while at grappling class, I was resting on one knee while in the clinch, and my opponent threw all their weight on me. As you can imagine, I fell on my back with most of the pressure on my big toe..I thought it had only been hyper-extended, but it swelled up and bruised for weeks. Since then, it's been very sensitive to pressure and can only be bent so far..If I try and bend it, I feel pain near the joint. Why is this? Was it dislocated and healed wrong? Can it be fixed?
