okay my friend is 15 and she will be turning 16 in january im kinda worried about her she hasnt started her period yet is this okay? me and all my other friends have had ours for like 2 years now but she hasnt started. she plays tennis and played basketball last year so i know being athletic does play a big role in it but yeah...

I think girls can start their periods as late as 18. have her mom take her to a doc to be sure.
