I recently weighed in 204 pounds and my body fat percentage back then was 32.4%,I'm 5'8, 14 yrs old, Since then I have been losing weight and gaining muscle.Now I stand at 175 pounds after 4 months and I can lift more, eat less, and Jog longer, so since 32% of 204 is 61 pounds, and I now weight over 30 pounds less, is my BMI now 16%? or maybe even lower because of the muscle ive gained
