I am trying to change my eating habits because I know thats keeping an extra few pounds on me. I don't need to loose weight I am 5'1 and weigh 130 pounds but I would like to loose just 10 pounds. I was thinking of replacing 2 meals with oatmeal and yogart and for dinner having chicken or something along those lines. I herd that oatmeal is great for loosing weight. What do you guys think? Should I give it a try?
