Thread: Quads Problem Help!!!?

I have recently play a football game and after the game when i git home my quad really started to hurt, i thought that it was a bit of cramp and tight after a game. But when i went to kick a ball the next day, my quad had a increible shap pain on the inside of my right quad.(I usallly use my right foot) Any help big football matches coming up and athletics tournments, please need some help !!!!
