Ok, so im 5 ft 7, 130 lbs, 16 yrs old. Im trying to get bigger arms, not way big, just a lil bigger by doing 50 pushups a day and 100 curls of 10 lbs in each hand. Im wondering should i be doing these daily or every other day?

also i do 120 situps a day, run in place for 15-30 min, 30 min of basketball a day, am i burning a good amount of calories?
