I pulled a muscle inbetween shoulder and neck. Didnt know what actually had happened so I continued training which made it ache a bit but I could handle it, though it didnt help it to heal itself. After 3 months I went to see a doctor as the aching hadnt stopped and he said to take a break for 2 weeks. I did but it hasnt healed completelly yet... Are there any exercises that can help it heal faster? I have a heat rub creme but dunno if it does any work...
