im 25 years old and im really skinny (5'5 115lbs) I want to put on some weight....get to atleast 130 (I used to run cross country, play soccer, go to school and still work 30hours a week) But now im just working so i wont be burning as MUCH calories.
Anyways...I was wondering what should I take...protien shake or a weight gainer??
Im planning to work on my two days off (tuesday and sunday)
Another thing I want to know is what workout would is recommended to workout the big muscles (squats and bench press?)
If you know the name of a top quality shake that would be great.
and would anyone recommand using creatine?
