Okay, so I want to take some protein supplements to help speed weight loss and build muscle. I'm pretty weak and am sorty flabby, so I wanna tighten up (I'm 17 btw).
Anways, here are my questions...
1. What is the best powdered supplement to take that is somewhat inexpensive (not >25$) - ie, is whey the best?
2. How much should be mixed in with a bottle of water?
3. How often should I drink it?
4. When should I drink it? (before workout, during, after, in place of a meal)?
5. What is the best protein supplement for weight loss?

6. Should I take this, and continue to work out continuously, when should i see results?
