I have been on a diet since March, and have been excersising religously. I lost about 18 lbs totally with about 15 more to go, but about 2 months ago my running partner moved and i have had a real problem excercising and staying on a diet. Now i have gained about 6-8 lbs back and im bummed about it. I have been eating very badly and barely excercising. Well i am starting back up on working out, but i cant get over my bad eating habbits, ill eat good for a couple of days then ill do badly again.

Any advice on how to stay on a diet without having relapses? I really want to make it a lifestyle change rather than a temporary diet but i keep having uncontrolable urges to pig out or eat fast food.

I also eat when im bored and thats also a really bad habbit to break.
