I just ate a big dinner (6 oz. steak, lots of veggies, and some wheat toast w/ butter) and 30 mins. after I am hungry again! What's going on? Why am I getting hungry like this all of the time. I don't usually eat a bedtime snack, so there's no reason I should be hungry. Can anyone answer this for me?
