I have been stressed out a lot lately. I go to bed about 6:30 am wake up about 9:00 am. It takes me about 3 hours to fall asleep I have pink eyes and I barely think straight anymore. I try to take sleepy pills but they don't work. I am only getting 2 hours of sleep and my mind wakes me up and I feel so tired always this has been going on for about 6 months what should I do to stop this?
