Questions about Becoming a dentist and UCLA..?

OK so first of all i have some questions about becoming a dentist. I am currently a 15 year old and Im pretty sure that I want to become a dentist. But im really confused. First off:
-What do I do straight out of high school? Do I have to attend four years at UCLA and then a four year DDS program or do I go straight to UCLA School of Dentistry program?
- Is UCLA a good school to attend for that kind of career?
- How long is it going to take to actually become a dentist... not an orthodontist.. a DENTIST :]?
-What is there starting pay?
-What are the pros and cons of being a dentist?
-What classes do I need to take in order of becoming a dentist?
and I think that's about it..

oh yeah and what about UC santa barbara or UC moor park? are those good colleges for the field of dentistry or no??
