Does anyone else suffer with pompholyx eczema on their hands?

Does anyone else suffer with pompholyx eczema on their hands? I've got a really bad flare up at the moment, and I need a reliever until I see the doc next monday - they don't book appointments, you just have to turn up in the morning and hope you get seen, and I can't get there until monday. Problem is, I'm severly allergic to all steroid creams, and have been told to just use Pro Topic and vaseline which don't help at all.My skin is covered in blisters, cuts and weeping sores. I'm a nail tech so its not very helpful! I can barely bend my fingers so its making work so hard but I don't get sick pay and I have rent to pay so I have to work.Anyone got any ideas of ways to soothe my skin? Help :-(
