I went to bed yesterday with normal skin but i woke up this morning to find my forehead was covered in these tiny red blotchy bumpy spots that i thought was eczema! It feels oily and they can hurt and i just dont know if its acne ( which is bizarre as i always clean my face and im 18) or if its some kind of reaction.
They are in other areas of my face, such as near my mouth but not so visible.
Does anyone know what this is?
