here is my workout
1st day: chest and tris
bench 5 sets 5
tri pushdowns 4 sets 8
incline bench (sometimes decline) 5 sets 5
tri extensions (sometimes kickbacks)4 of 8
day 2 off
day 3: back/shoulders and biceps
standing curls (sometimes incline bench curls) 4 of 8
wide grip chin ups (sometimes lat pull downs) 4 of 10
ez bar curls or preacher 4 of 8
military press or lawn mower pulls 4 of 10
day 4 off
day 5 chest and tris again
6 off
7 biceps and back/shoulders again
8 off
9 off
start over
i do legs throughout on my off days or if im bored just leg extensions or ham string curls or bodyweight squats
i take mega man sport gnc every morning always
get 170 g protien every day cept day 8 and 9 get about half that
5'9"
170 pounds looking to be 180 or 190
12% body fat
21 years old
what should i change or improve looking to get big
