Well i just like to stay active and build muscle and such. But anyway lets get to the point i do this 4 times a week, no wednesdays.
On monday i workout my arms with curls and a few other arm excercies, before that i do pushups and crunches as a warmup. Then i go to work and move around there a bit and when i get back i go for a 30-45 minute jog , and also do pullups after. As for tuesdays its the same workout n everything except i workout my chest muscles.

i just wann know if this is good. Im pretty buffed up and stuff. But i actually eat watever i want lol , but ive been trying to cut out soda and that crap so ya . I drink a lot of milk to
