post natel depression help?
hi all, i feel rubbish, had severe post natel depression with my first daugter, it caused the breakdown of my relationship, im now married to alovely man bbut i can feel myself slipping into the slipperly slope again, crying a lot ect, id never hurt my baby, but i feerl mad all the time, i reaaly dont want to se the doctor though, im driving my hubby up the wall
