i have school vacation next week so ill have alot of time on my hands. im not fat, but id like to get rid of a small amount of fat im my obliques, inner thighs, and tummy. ill be doing alot of cardio (swimming, exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill) every day and weight training probably every other day. along with a sensible diet will i see any results at all in 10 days? if not, how long will it take?
