im 5'10 weight about 155, im in a pretty good shape. I have abs but it's not as define as i want it to be. Ive been goin to the gym for past month, work out 5 days a week and cardios 3 days a week. i usually do about 1hr to 1 and a half hr of workout each time. i was wondering is it possible to get in great shape like buff/or more define by summer in 4 months? oh and i avoid fats and soda probably only drink soda once a month.

any tips would be great as well.
