    lose 25 pounds in 21 days???

    It is possible. If you can control yourself. Go for joggying. min 1 hour per day. dont drink water while doing. Avoid beef, sweets, ice creams, etc.(mens all fat foods).

    Drink grape fruit juice weekly 4 times it will burn fat from body.

    Concentrate on your body. keep in your brain to reduce the weight.
