I'm 5'9'' and 145lbs, so my weight is pretty much perfectly normal for my height. I still have a bit of a stomach though.. which honestly, I don't mind because I think it's womanly. The only thing that bothers me about it is I see other woman with a bit of a stomach and it's rounded. My stomach and my abdomen are like.. separate. lol Let me see if I can explain better. My stomach comes out a little, then goes back in again at my belly button.. then my abdomen sticks out some.

Anyway, my question is.. if I do ab work will it help smooth this area or is this just the way I was built?
