Anyway I was about to work out and started duing some jumping jacks, situps and some other strechs and then somthin weird happend. I was in the middle of duing a lung when all of a sudden I had this urge to start running! and so I did and I ran for about 20 minutes straight without resting and thats unusall for me and I can only do about 10 minutes of straight running. I didnt think of it at first but then I stayed after to work out the next day and I started to do some lunges and the exact same thing happend but Instead of running I started to work out and i benched 230! 230! 30 times thats just simply amazing for me.

And every time iv been doing lunges for the past few weeks its triggered that feeling to want to do more.
