Politicians Aren't Helping The Uninsured?

I am tired of all these politicians that do nothing but talk yet if you are uninsured,underinsured,or a senior on Medicare we are just speaking points for their campaigns.They forget about us when they are elected.Is there anybody helping cut the cost of prescription drugs for Americans?
