Please help! I'm a young teen and I am going to a hot country in 5 days!! I am a size 8 tummy size, but am quite slim naturally (lucky me!), but i would really like to just lose some of the flab that i have (I'm slim but not that toned) in as fast a time as poss, but i also dont want to damage my health at all (I don't believe in no eating diets or anything), i just really want fast results. also i cant join any sort of dieting program because a im under 18 and b i cant spend money on joining. Please help! i dont have enough time to exercise all day or anything, and i just really wanna lose the flab! PLEASE help!! plus please no nasty comments such as you\re too young etc etc. THANKS!!!
