I need an exercise routine. I'm 5'1" and 133 pounds. I feel so fat cuz have horrible huge love handles. I want to keep my butt but tone the inner thighs and lose all stomach fat.

Can I lose about 10 pounds this month, primarily on my stomach area?? What exactly do i do? Can someone make me a 30 day routine...like a weekly thing.,.how many days a week do i need to exercise? I have a gym membership, so feel free to add any machines to the workout. PLEASE..ive been trying to lose weight for 2 years now, and it isnt working!
