I'm an IBS sufferer. I am on a strict diet which controls food combinations and makes the PH in the digestive system more alkaline.
I am on herbal and Western meds. I have cut back dramatically on caffeine and alcohol intake. My food and drink options have become very limited and it depresses me. I am tired, extremely bloated (i look pregnant) and I have all of the other symptoms.

I have started yoga and other exercise to control my stress. But, NOTHING WORKS! This is really getting me down and any advice would be much appreciated.
