Okay I really really want/need to lose weight, as fast as possible. I know this is not healthy and the consequinces are bad but I really need this. Anyways i'm 5'6 and 175 pounds completely overweight. I hate it and I'm willing to do almost anything to lose at least 20-30 pounds. I want to lose it quick too. I don't have much equipment at home, just a bike, and some weights, that's basically it. Oh I also having a punching bag. I just really want to lose weight for myself. It will help me bring my self esteem up and become more comfortable with myself. Willing to do almost anything. I need basically a workout routine and whatever else works. HELP!
