    Do something to take your mind off of it..watch a movie, read a book, call a friend, listen to music, dance etc.

    Please help, I feel so fat right now.?

    Okay I used to have an eating disorder, and I'm in recovery right now.

    Tonight I had so much more food than I am used to, its driving me insane,

    I had 1 1/2 cups or rice, three chicken nuggets, a clementine, a few strawberries, and then I ate like 10 bites of angel food cake. they were broken up for fondu. I didn't put any choclate on them. I feel horrible, please help me, I don't want to purge, this is so hard

    Take it easy, it's a temporary situation that you can resolve by not eat as much the next time. If you feel guilty even tomorrow, just go do some cardio for an hour.

    aww its okya sweetie relaxe. everything you ate was basically healthy. you treated yourself and theres nothing wrong with that. remember if you give in and throwup, all this time youv been in recovery woulnt meana thing. so be strong and dont let yourself do it, go watch a movie or take a nap

    It's OK, just take your mind off it. If the quantity you ate is bothering you then take an iPod or walkman or whatever and go for a walk for 30 minutes. You feel relaxed and much better about yourself.
    Don't let it get to you. You've come a hell of a long way and you don't want to ruin it now.
