For the past few months I've been going through days where I can't can't my breath the entire day. I constantly yawn trying to catch my breath. It used to only happen once every two weeks or so. Now it's been happening more often and today is the fifth day in a row it's happened.
I went to the doctor about it and he did a chest x-ray, blood work, pulse ox, and EKG. All of the results were normal.
I'm pretty sure it's related to anxiety because it doesn't happen when I sleep. I'm currently on Lexapro and Wellbutrin for depression.
My question is, if it IS anxiety, which I'm pretty sure it is, is there anything I can actually DO about it? It's really a bother and sometimes even gets to the point where I feel like I'll NEVER catch my breath. There are stressful things in my life right now but nothing that should cause this much anxiety.
Please help!
