i am 15
and 135
i would like to loose about 3lbs
i and a fit person
i run everyday for 20 min (4 km)
and i do 50 push ups everynight
40 leg lifts
40 sit ups
and 1 min of wall sits

i would LOVE to loose 3lbs in 2 weeks
so any help would be nice.

i also eat well

and i know about you have to burn more calories then you eat
i only have a tiny bit of fat on my tummy that i wish to loose
so anything to burn those 3lbs off would be wonderfull
