alright so if anybody asks a question about losing weight, it's always the same answer...eat fruits and vegetables, eat in moderation, and exercise. I want something a little different. The thing is it's really hard to just stick to a diet of a banana for breakfast, veggies for lunch, and a piece of chicken with broccoli for supper type thing. I want a diet that's a little more exciting but is still healthy. I really need ideas of recipes and stuff! Also a good work out plan. I am 15 years old and a female by the way!
