so im about 8 1/2 - 9 stone so not overweight. i have pretty bad love handle though. i go on holiday at the end of july and so want to have a good body for then. what ive thought of doing is

sticking to a healthy well-balanced and low fat diet from now until about 2 weeks before i go where i will stick to a very low carb diet

ill do a bit of exercising in between but not loads


is this a good idea?
