I have phimosis and need to know more about stretching techniques.I heard that it is best to do it in the shower. When i do pull the foreskin back do i just leave it there or keep releasing it and pulling it back again. If i do just leave it there how long do i do it for before i release it again? Also how many times do i need to do this per day, and when would i start noticing a difference?

Any help would be appreciated tremendously.
